AND CONDITIONS:

1. Payments within five days please. If no payment is received after seven days the order will be cancelled.
2. All orders are shipped same working day after payment is received.
3. Orders over 50 euro should be sent with tracking. I can send without tracking at your risk, but please be aware that you will not be able to claim compensation if it goes missing or gets damaged in transit.
4. If you are not happy with your order please me before leaving negative or neutral to try and work things out. I strive for ultimate customer satisfaction but occasionally things do go wrong.
5. Returns are only accepted where the record condition is considerably different to the description. In this case the buyer pays return postage and when it has been received in the original packaging, we will refund the full amount of the record and the original shipping cost. No partial refunds; either keep it or return it.
6. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in the post, please note Postal Services will not investigate claims for loss until 15 working days have ed for NL deliveries, 20 for Europe, and 25 for the rest of the world. I'm not responsible for lost if you don't have secured shipment. For damages please email us a photo.
