I am not a professional seller, I try to do my best but I do not sell this stuff a as work, so I do not go to the postal office every day.
I have no control over a items which are shipped without tracking number or registration. So far, I sent over 350 items using the cheapest shipping available (= non ed and non trackable) and I had troubles about 4 times. As everyone should know, when dealing with shipped stuff sometimes (but not often!!) the parcel is lost (or stolen?) during the process, or maybe it will reach the buyer with a lot of delay.
As a rule, I’ will not refund anything in case of lost parcels, unless the order had and additional insurance (which must be asked before the payment).
I have 99% of positive , the 1% negative is from buyers who did not get the stuff which, actually, I sent them. I have no reason to randomly cheat people.
