* We carefully recheck the condition of records before dispatching, especially for copies that have been on display in our record store. If we find any discrepancies with our original grading, we will you.
* We restore second-hand vinyl records to their best condition. Using the Degritter Professional Cleaner, we deep-clean each record and replace damaged protective covers when necessary. If required, we also flatten warped records with our Japanese ORB flattener.
* We take great care in grading our second-hand records, but we may make mistakes. If you disagree with the condition of a record, please message us with —we’re happy to reassess.
* Please feel free to us for snippets, pictures, or videos of our second-hand records to their condition.
* All orders are processed within three business days of receiving payment.
* Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within five business days.
