I ship all packages exactly to the shipping address provided by the buyer and I am not responsible for the service of local postal carriers in the receiving country. There is then no refund of the shipping costs, unless the post office covers them.

For shrink-wrapped LPs:
I do not guarantee the condition of the vinyl on shrink-wrapped LPs.
I accept no liability for transport damage (seam splits, etc.) to shrink-wrapped LPs!
If requested, I will open shrink-wrapped LPs and send the vinyl outside the cover.
Please let me know in good time how the LPs should be sent.

If the customer's package is delivered to a post office and the customer does not collect his package there, there will be no refund of any shipping costs. The record will only be refunded if it is returned to me undamaged.
