Due to Russian's aggression against Ukraine, I no longer sell to Russia or to Belarus. I am also not selling to countries who more/less actively Russia, including USA, Brazil, China, Cuba, Hungary, India, Iran, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Syria, and Venezuela. Restrictions by Paypal and Discogs prevent sales to & from Russia anyway.

For large parcels I am sometimes able to get a better price than what the cart shows (from a third party shipper). These prices fluctuate, so I'm not able to enter them in the cart system. Please submit your order normally, but ask me for a checked quote on shipping. I will then update the shipping charge, after which you will pay. == ADDRESSES SHOULD MATCH @ PAYPAL & DISCOGS ==
It is very important that your postal address at Paypal matches with your address at Discogs. The reason is that in case of delivery problems I need to show for Paypal that I mailed to the address they have on file, while Discogs requires that I mail to the address that's shown on the order page. If the addresses don't match I might have to cancel the order. If you already paid you will get a refund, but the Paypal fee will be deducted: "typically 5% of the amount with a minimum fee of $.99 and a maximum fee of $4.99".

Because of international restrictions I'm not able to deliver to some countries:
Afganistan, Belarus, Bahama, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, El Salvador, Israel, Laos, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Trinidad & Tobago, and Yemen.
Sanctions on Russia may cause delays to delivery, especially to Asia.

== OUTSIDE the E.U.? / NEW 'supply of goods' VAT IS ADDED ==
'Supply of goods' VAT regulations have been enforced since July 2021. In my case this affects buyers outside the EU. It means Discogs will automatically add VAT to the order, calculated from the total order value, including shipping costs. (The charge will be collected from me by Discogs, monthly.) The charge applies if your order total is €150 or less. This procedure means that you don't have the pay VAT when the package arrives to your country. If the total order value is over €150, the VAT becomes the responsibility of the buyer and is not collected through Discogs.

== IMMEDIATE PAYMENT (optional) ==
You can pay for the order immediately from the cart, using Paypal. It is possible to pay via Paypal without actually having a Paypal . The methods (in my case) are credit or debit card.
If your order includes various formats, the cart shows my default shipping charge for a large parcel. The shown charge is possibly too high. I will refund the excess shipping costs if it is 1€ or more - without you having to ask for it.
Alternatively, you can place the order, NOT pay immediately, and instead send me a message on the order page (which is created when placing the order) that you want an exact quote on shipping.
I offer shipping CD's without jewel case, which can save a lot on shipping. If your order contains CD's only, you will see some basic 'Jewel cases REMOVED' options in the cart - regardless of the type of sleeve the CD's were released in. Before you choose (and pay for) 'Jewel cases REMOVED' shipping, make sure none of the CD's come in Digipak, card sleeve, etc. If your order is a mix but you still want to save, ignore the option to pay immediately, place the order and send me a message on the order page. I will then send info about shipping options.

GO AHEAD with IMMEDIATE PAYMENT:
- If you are happy with the shipping charge suggested in the cart.
- If you are placing a 'simple' order (for example two CD's).
- If you order from one format group only: CD/DVD/ Cassette - or 10"/12"/LP - or 7" singles. Different types of CD's (singles in j-card jewel cases or card sleeves, fatboxes, etc.) are already factored in in the charges.

DO NOT PAY with IMMEDIATE PAYMENT:
- If you want to get a quote for shipping CD's without jewel case, but your order includes some in Digipak, card sleeve, other formats, etc.
- If your order is 'complex', contains various formats, Box Sets, VHS, CD in 'fatbox' (thick double). The cart only shows the large parcel shipping options in this case, but there is possibly a cheaper option.

STRICT GRADING
My grading is strict. I do my best to follow the Discogs grading standards:

If an item I'm selling is sealed it is mentioned specifically so in the description. A "Mint" sleeve does not indicate 'sealed' (but it means there are no flaws).
Second-hand items sold in the EU come with a one-year legal guarantee, as a protection against faulty goods.

MY COSTS COVERED, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY
My aim is to offer cost-effective shipping options and not to overcharge you. I charge for shipping what the Finnish postal service charges me.
For orders outside the EU the shipping charges include an additional handling charge of 0.50€. That covers the printing of the extra Discogs package list, filling out the customs info, both on the C22 sticker and online, filling out sender and recipient details twice (online and in writing on the package) and attaching all that on the package, the time and effort to do all that. (Hopefully this crazy system gets simplified in the near future.)
Discogs and Paypal charge their fees from me, but they are included in the item prices.
For CD's and other 'small' items, I often recycle used packaging materials - but I pack well.
I will refund the excess shipping costs which are caused by the cart not being able to calculate it right - without you having to ask for it.

LP/12" PACKAGING
For shipping of vinyl LP/12", I use brand new 'double walled' postal packages. They offer better protection for vinyl sleeves than a standard 'box'. This is the exact product:

If your order contains LP or 12" vinyl, an extra charge of 0.65€ is included in the shipping charge. 0.65€ is the actual cost of the parcel.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Feel free to combine various formats in one order. The cart shows correct figures if the order contains items from only one of my format groups:
- CD, DVD and Cassette
- 7"
- 10", 12" and LP
- All formats [large tracked parcel]
The shopping cart doesn't know how to combine shipping if your order contains for example CD and 7", it automatically defaults to "All formats" large parcel. In this kind of case, ignore the option to pay immediately. Instead, send me a message on the order page. I will send you the exact correct shipping options. You have the option to cancel your order or make changes to it, but ONLY BEFORE PAYING!

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available for orders exceeding the specific total order value (depending on your country). Delivery is by tracked mail, and with CD's you get the jewel cases. Exceptions: I do reserve the right to remove the occasional generic jewel case as it might mean considerable savings to me. I also reserve the right to use an alternate shipping company (other than standard postal service), which may mean special arrangements in delivery at your end. In case of such exceptions, I will offer you the chance to pay the difference - to include all jewel cases and/or to use standard mail.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
There is a minimum order value limit of 4.98€, excluding shipping.

PAYMENT
Payment is by Paypal, using there a Paypal , a credit or debit card (as offered by Paypal).
Automatic Cancellation Policy is enforced. After 5 days of non-payment (from placing the order) your order will be cancelled (which also leaves automatic negative feeback).
Some of my shipping rates (large parcels) are based on rates that are only available online, for me to purchase. For some of those, it is required that I submit your phone number to the 'recipient' details. It will speed up the process if you submit your phone number in advance in your Buyer Settings on Discogs.

RETURNS
I accept returns, with conditions. I will pay for the return costs if I have made a mistake, such as incorrect listing (wrong item) or a marked discrepancy in item grading. Vinyl grading is always somewhat subjective, but I am happy to discuss a partial refund in such case. If you have made a mistake, I may accept a return, at my discression. In this case you pay for the return shipping. Please note that it is possible to cancel an order, even if you have paid for it. Just let me know, via the order page. You have 14 days of receiving the order to report any concerns.
Returned items must be shipped in their original condition and safely using adequate packaging. Please use tracked shipping. If untracked I am not responsible if the package doesn't arrive. In that case I will not refund.

LOST IN MAIL?
I usually mail within 1 or 2 days of receiving payment, but please note that mail doesn't move in the Finnish postal system during the weekend or bank holidays. The buyer is well protected at Discogs and Paypal for lost delivery. Most packages arrive in the expected time frame, but please allow at least 30 days extra in any case. Packages sometimes get stuck in the Customs. If there is damage to the items due to a damaged package, you should first your delivery company.

ED OVER 40€
As a seller I am unprotected for loss when using standard mail. For orders with the items total over 40€ tracking is mandatory. This is done automatically in the shopping cart. I will let you know the tracking code and direct links to tracking sites after mailing. I also strongly recommend choosing a 'tracked' shipping option for any package you personally can't afford to lose!

SAVE by REMOVING JEWEL CASES
Shipping charge for CD's can sometimes be reduced drastically by removing the jewel cases. Some basic 'Jewel cases REMOVED' options can be seen in the shopping cart (see 'Immediate payment' section above for details). Please notice this option is only for orders where all CD's come in jewel cases!

EXPERIENCE
I've been collecting music for almost 40 years now. I've been contributing to the database for about 15 years. Myself I've bought releases from dozens of sellers, at Discogs and elsewhere. Years ago I sold records (vinyl & CD) on eBay. That is to say I know what the buyer and collector expects of the items and packaging. On Discogs I started selling CD's in November 2017 and added vinyl in June, 2018.
