*I always take photos of the record before sending it, to avoid any confusion.
* Tend to rate records in combination on how they SOUND and how they LOOK.
*Vinyl under 4 euros are visually graded
* Due to the nature of the material and the manufacturing process, the production of vinyl products, especially records, cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely free of defects. Certain tolerances and limitations are therefore part of the usual quality of the products

-All Items are graded after detailed inspection and are checked for sign of use under bright light and rated accordingly. Sound tested using SL 1200 MK5 with ortofon dj cartridge and Adam A5X+SUB 7
- If there is not available a detailed description of the media or cover, please feel free to ask for it before placing the order, also ask for pics or videos.
-if there is no YouTube video link available on the “Release page” , I can send you a full “record check” video.
-All process of identifying the record/listening check/condition's inspection/packing/secure taping and marking the package/delivery to the post office (and again identifying the package for the same secure marks on tape and package), is being recorded on two separated videos for all shipped items.
-New discogs s/buyers with no yet: Before you place an order, make sure that you read carefully, understand and agree with the stated condition (VG+/ VG) etc. and with the detailed commends of each item available for sale.
-Refunds will only be made on return of original item and is only for the exact item (not for the shipping charges).
-In case of broken items, you have to pay attention when you receive it inside the post office, or during home delivery. In case of any visual damage on the package( re-taped/ pressed/damaged carton box: You have to open the box immediately and check about the condition of the items. Ask for filling out a form for requesting some money back from the post office (ed shipments are covered globally with $45 money back insurance).

POSTAGE / SHIPPING 

-All orders within Greece are sent via Greek Post. Express Post delivery upon request.
-All international orders are sent via ed Airmail or GLS for some EU countries which is cheaper for heavy parcels. - Please allow between 5-10 days for delivery for Europe and 5-14 for the Rest of the World (most international orders are received within 7 days).
-All Orders Come with Tracking (not standard mail option for Greece)
-Express Post delivery upon request.
-Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping.
-Items will be shipped when I received the full payment.
-I always post to the address you provided on discogs

-No refund for lost or damaged package by the post office.
- UK and non-EU buyers: All shipments are declared as "gift" with a goods value of 3 euros/order, in order to avoid any extra custom charges. However, i cannot guarantee such charges won't occur and buyer is responsible to cover the costs if they do. (If you don't wish your records to be declared with such a low value price, please let me know before i ship the package). (This may affect claims for refund from the post office in case of damage made by them)
