In accordance with Discogs instructions - we only post to the buyer's shipping address stated on Paypal. This is so sellers and buyers are covered by Paypal insurance protection.

Check that you have chosen your preferred shipping method before clicking 'Pay'. If you require a shipping service not listed please enquire before paying for items. Higher value packages will automatically be charged for 'tracked' or 'tracked & signed' postage.

Payment is normally expected within 4 days of ordering – if this is not possible please let us know when ordering; otherwise your order will automatically be cancelled. Longer payment time is at seller's discretion.

We normally ship within 1 to 2 days of receiving payment (apart from holidays & weekends).

Buyer is responsible for any and all import fees, customs duties, taxes or delivery-related charges due once item has been shipped.

Buyer pays shipping/postage costs.

If you require postal tracking and/or signed for on delivery and it is not being charged for on invoice please ask for this before paying. These services are more expensive than normal postage rates.

Postages fees include cost of packaging.

We post vinyl LPs & singles well packed in cardboard 'cruciform' mailing boxes (similar to a pizza box) for added protection.

Grading
BEFORE BUYING PLEASE READ THE DISCOGS GRADING SYSTEM HERE; https://discogs.sitiosdesbloqueados.com/help/marketplace/mp-grading The actual meaning of NM, VG+, VG etc. discs & sleeves may be different from what you assume.

If you have any queries about items - the exact condition of a record, which pressing etc - please ask before paying.

Our vinyl & CD grading tries to be quite conservative and cautious. We both grade visually under a strong bright light and also play discs to determine if any visible marks affect sound. Whereas surface marks may not affect sound quality, deeper marks & scratches will tend to. A lower graded vinyl record may sometimes have surface or other marks but play as well as a higher graded unmarked one. Where it looks necessary, records with what appear to be significant marks and/or scratches are played to determine if or how much they affect the sound - and are graded accordingly. (When vinyl is played, it will be on an Audio-Technica deck with headphones.)

If you look at our comments from buyers people are generally happy with our grading. But honest mistakes and differences of opinion can happen, so please us if you have any issues. Human error, misunderstanding & accident is always possible; if you have any issues, rather than leaving negative please us first and we'll do our best to resolve any problems. (Buyers are obliged by Discogs rules to the seller before leaving negative .) We will always respond to and messages. (Note: we have never had any negative removed.)

Note; we do not use the Mint (M) grade for vinyl - new and sealed items will be described as such but graded as Near Mint (NM). This is because even unplayed discs fresh from the factory can show signs of damage and/or markings due to poor manufacturing/pressing, poor handling and transportation etc. Sealed undamaged CDs will be described as Mint (M).

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item is the wrong release or if condition is not as described in the original listing.

Descriptions/terminology
''Dinked' - this means a vinyl 45/single has had the middle removed, as is common with ex-jukebox stock. Dinked records can be played with a 45rpm adaptor easily & cheaply purchased online that fits over the centre spindle on your turntable.
'New old stock' - this means the items appear to have never been played but have been in storage for a period and may have some storage wear and/or natural ageing. They may be old unsold stock from a former shop or retailer. Any relevant wear/ageing will be described in the item's listing.

Note; the grading of CDs does not include the condition of plastic ‘jewel cases’ though any damage to jewel cases will be described in listings. (Cases are generally interchangeable and replacements can be easily bought.) Same applies for plastic cassette cases.
