Dutch record company in Weert founded by Adrian Hoes as sales manager. Jacqui's husband Schayar Sjamschidi was product manager.

At first BMI repertory went through Foon, until the latter acquired exclusivity in 1978. By 1980 the plant had a capacity of 100,000 singles and 130,000 albums, a share of about 5% of the Dutch market.
